Due to the nature of food safety, we cannot accept returns on opened seasoning blends, sauces, or rubs unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Return Process

Ensure all items are in their original, unopened packaging and securely box them to prevent damage during transit back to our warehouse.
- 3.Ship It Back
Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
